Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Utama Thong Yaw Hong
Chairman

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Utama Thong Yaw Hong has had a distinguished career with the Government of Malaysia, primarily in the fields of socio-economic development planning and finance. He had served in the Economic Planning Unit in the Prime Minister's Department since 1957 and became its Director-General from 1971 to 1978 and served as Secretary-General, Ministry of Finance from 1979 until his retirement in 1986.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Malaya and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. In September 2006, he was conferred the Doctor of Economics (Honorary) from University Putra Malaysia.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Utama Thong is presently the Chairman, Board of Directors of Malaysia Property Incorporated (MPI).

Dato' Shahril Ridza Ridzuan
Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Investment Division), Employees Provident Fund (EPF)

Dato' Shahril Ridza Ridzuan is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Investment Division) of Employees Provident Fund (EPF). He held the position of the Executive Director of MRCB prior to joining EPF. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (1st class) from Oxford University, England, a Master of Arts (1st class) from Cambridge University, England and has been called to the Malaysian Bar and the Bar of England and Wales.

Dato' Shahril serves as a Member, Board of Directors and Executive Committee Member (EXCO) of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Dr. Junaida Lee Abdullah
Deputy Secretary General (Management) Ministry of Tourism

Dr.Junaida has started her career in 1989 as the Assistant Director Economic Planning Unit, Pulau Pinang. She later joined the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism in 1994 as Assistant Secretary and Principal Assistant Secretary in 2004. She currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary General (Management) Ministry of Tourism.

Y. Bhg. Datuk Dr. K Govindan
Group Deputy CEO, RAM Holdings Berhad

Prior to joining RAM Holdings, Datuk Dr. K.Govindan was the Deputy Director of Economic Planning Unit (EPU). He has served the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) since 1975 and has retired in January 2011.

Datuk Dr. K. Govindan serves as a Member, Board of Directors and Executive Committee Members (EXCO) of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dato' Krishnan Tan
Executive Deputy Chairman, IJM Corporation Berhad

Tan Sri Dato' Krishnan is currently the Executive Deputy Chairman of IJM Corporation Berhad. Dato' Krishnan qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1978 after graduating with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from University of Malaya in 1975, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA. He is actively involved in the promotion of Malaysia India business ties and is currently the President of Malaysia-India Business Council (MIBC).

Tan Sri Dato' Krishnan serves as a Member, Board of Directors and also the Chairman of the Executive Committee (EXCO) of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Dato' Ir. Tan Kia Loke
Managing Director, Sunway Construction Group

Dato' Ir. Tan is the Group Managing Director, Senior Managing Director of Sunway Construction Group and a Member of the Sunway Group EXCO. He is currently appointed as a Special Member to the CIDB Board by the Minister of Works, Malaysia and an Honorary Advisor to Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM).

Dato' Tan serves as a Member, Board of Directors and Executive Committee (EXCO) of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Dato' Fateh Iskandar Mohamed Mansor
Group Managing Director, Glomac Berhad

Dato' Fateh Iskandar attended the Malay College Kuala Kangsar and later obtained a law degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and an MBA. Dato' Fateh Iskandar is currently the Vice President for REHDA Malaysia and Chairman for REHDA Selangor. He currently holds the position of Group Managing Director of Glomac Berhad.

He serves as a Member, Board of Directors and Executive Committee (EXCO) of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Dato' Teo Chiang Kok
Immediate Past President, FIABCI Malaysia

Dato' CK Teo was appointed as the President of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysia from 2004 – 2006. He holds the position of Director of companies within the SEE HOY CHAN HOLDINGS GROUP in Malaysia. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an Honorary Degree in Doctor of Business Administration (2009). He is currently the National Council Member for the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and the Council Member for the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (KLSCCCI).

Dato' Teo serves as a Member, Board of Directors and Chairman of Financial Task Force Committee of MPI.

Y. Bhg. Datuk Seri Michael Yam
President of Real Estate Housing Developers' Association (REHDA)

Datuk Seri Michael K C Yam 57, is the Managing Director and CEO of a strategic, technical and project management advisory firm known as Impetus Partnership. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur, President of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association, a trustee of the Standard Chartered Charity Trust and also UK-based Chartered Institute of Building.

Datuk Seri Michael serves as a Member, Board of Directors of MPI

En. Kamaruzaman Bin Mahmood
Deputy Director of Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister's Department

En. Kamaruzaman Bin Mahmood is appointed to the Board of Director of MPI representing the Economic Planning Unit (EPU). He is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Social Services Section in EPU, Prime Minister's Department.

He holds B.Economic (Planning and Development) Hons., University Kebangsaan Malaysia and Post Graduate from Kobe University, Japan. He is tasked amongst others, in reviewing, coordinating policies, strategies, programs and projects in relation to Ministry of Housing and Local Government, which made him an ideal person in driving the real estate agenda of MPI.

Dedicating the past 19 years in the civil service, he started off as the Assistant Secretary at the Economic and International Division for the Ministry of Finance and served as a Deputy Under Secretary at Strategic Planning and International Division of Ministry of Plantations Industries and Commodities prior to his current posting.

Datuk Seri Panglima Clarence Dicsenol Bongkos Malakun, J.P
Chairman of Institute Development Studies, Sabah

Datuk Seri Panglima Clarence Bongkos Malakun is appointed to the Board of Director of MPI representing Sabah. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Institute Development Studies, Sabah. His leadership quality is commonly acknowledged as he now presides over as the Chairman of Board of Trustees for Kadazan Society Sabah and the President for National Council of the Justice of The Peace, Malaysia.

He is holding Bachelor of Arts (Hons, Keele, United Kingdom, Master of Arts, Hull, United Kingdom and Ph.D. in Accelerated Prog, WIU U.S.A. . He was elected as a State Assemblyman in year 1999. He was further appointed in 2006 as the Advisory Panel Member for the Public Complaints Bureau for the Prime Minister Department. His had presented with numerous awards reckoning his generous contribution to the society.
