Sime Darby Vision Valley (SDVV)

Sime Darby Vision Valley (SDVV) is a multi billion ringgit integrated property master plan that spans 80,000acres across the states of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Located within the Kuala Lumpur Conurbation, the estimated gross development value (GDV) of the SDVV is between RM25 billion and RM30 billion. This project is estimated to take 20 years to complete.

As the master planner and developer for SDVV, Sime Darby will undertake to develop some of the projects as well as invite participation and ventures for other projects within the two key components of SDVV.

Selangor Vision City

Selangor Vision City (SVC) covers 11,000acres stretching along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway from Lagong to Bukit Jelutong and will include residential and commercial developments. It will also include existing townships such as Subang Jaya and Bukit Jelutong which will be given a new lease of life through the Subang Jaya City Centre Development and Bukit Jelutong City Center Development.

Negeri Sembilan Vision City

The Negeri Sembilan Vision City (NSVC) will be anchored by the Aeropolis which takes advantage of its close proximity to international airport terminals in the area. The Aeropolis was conceptualised as the foundation to spur growth of other NSVC developments such as education, medical, sports and leisure clusters including the Sime Darby Nature Reserve. The existing townships of Planters’ Haven and Nilai Impian are also part of the NSVC.
