*These 3 months are given as a time frame for investors to look for and secure financing. The extra month may be given as a grace period if one is not able to secure the remainder 90% payment for the property. The extra month, however, will incur an interest at the rate of 10% per annum calculated on a daily basis.
**For instances where the title deed of the property has yet to be issued, ownership is transacted through Deed of Assignment.
