CREIF Course

CREIF (Certificate of Real Estate Investment Finance) by APREA Institute is a unique 8 month knowledge transfer program for real estate professionals that combines distance learning and intensive case study based workshops that are delivered by highly qualified senior industry practitioners. The CREIF program was launched in 2007 and has been designed specifically to meet the education needs of the region and is in the only course of its kind in Asia to be developed and delivered by highly qualified senior practitioners.

CREIF does not require specific experience of any subject areas and is suitable for real estate professionals who seek to develop their skills and advance their careers.

By attending the CREIF program you will study four subject areas:

Real Estate Finance & Investment Structuring & financing listed and unlisted real estate, investment strategies and guidelines, accounting & financial analysis, risks associated with real estate investment, cross border investing and the acquisition process. 9th & 10th September 2011
Legal & Regulatory Considerations

Legal structures, financial services industry, regulatory bodies, the listing process, compliance and corporate governance practices, foreign investment considerations, taxation, licensing and unlisted funds

To complete the program and be awarded the Certificate of Real Estate Investment Finance (CREIF) students are required to attend all four workshops, complete and pass two of the four workshop research tasks and pass the final exam covering all subjects studied.

All students are provided with a comprehensive set of course notes complete with case studies and research projects prior to attending the two day workshops and will be required to submit a research task after completing each of the four workshops as well as take a final exam.
